Rally is a voice-based social app (also called social audio app) where people from all around the world can gather together to share, listen, learn and talk together in real time.

Rally is a bit different from other social audio apps like Greenroom, Twitter Space and Clubhouse as it aims to offer a more decentralized experience, meaning: no need to give away your personal informations and no need to rebuild your social profile, try to bring your followers to your new platform of choice yet again, and no need to hope your recording will be deleted from the platform*.*

Current social audio apps lack of flexibility, accessibility and discoverability. They are either too open (Twitter space), or too closed (Clubhouse and its invite system), or too distant due to being tied to another ecosystem/app that you don’t use.

Rally will offer the same classic features other social audio apps offer : creating an event in advance, recording it, replaying an event and allowing (or kicking out) users to speak.

“Your rally, your rules” - customizable access-control and monetization.

On Rally, users will be able to create voice-chats that will be visible and joinable by other users according to certain rules (or no rules at all; such as :

• open to all the people who interacted with the rally announcement in the first 24 hours ;
• open to the followers of the creator of the rally only ;
• open to the first 15 people who engaged with the rally announcement ;
• open to people with a minimum amount of a specific token in their wallet ;
• open to people with a specific ERC-721 NFT in their wallet;
• etc…

In addition to this, creators will also be able to decide who can access the recordings of their rally, and even monetize it. For instance, after uploading the recording, this recording could be only be accessible to people who bought it for 1 MATIC.
